The sliding doors on each end open up to a combined width of 18 foot with a 12' high openings. The main building has a countered service area an a separate office. Office area totals approximately 800 sq. ft. The open area in the main building behind the offices measures 40' x 60' with a 9' height to the bottom of the trusses. The main building has a 200 amp. circuit breaker panel. The office area was heated by wall mounted propane space heaters. Attached to the main building is an open sided building measuring 32' x 15' x 12' height to steel support trusses. The area appears to be previously used for power washing. There is a stand alone cement block building that measures 14' x 24' with a 10' height to rafters. Note that this building appears to require new rafters and roof. Cement block walls seem to be structurally sound. There are two bathrooms and assume some type of septic system. Water is municipal. A new utility pole was just replaced between the Quonset hut building and main building. There is no feed from the new electrical pole to the building. Around the buildings is a fair amount of cement apron and all the buildings have cement floors. At the road front there is a old business sign which the main structure seems to be structurally sound. This property when up and running was checked by DHEC regularly. Documents are available upon request. Property is being sold "as is". Note that their are 2 large safes in the office that are not included with the sale of this property. This is a good facility for a repair facility, any type of company with equipment such as loggers etc. There is no lockbox at this property and the Listing Agent is to be at all showings.
