The total property is approximately forty acres (40 ac.) consisting of approximately thirty-one acres (31 ac.) of uplands, and approximately nine acres (9 ac.) of freshwater wetlands. The wetlands depicted on the Survey have been determined to be accurate by the US Army CORPS of Engineers. A wetlands determination letter is included under documents.
